Knowledge transfer workshop and MC meeting for period 3.

Review of knowledge hubs. Planning and monitoring of the Action activities for periods 3 and 4

Monitoring of the implementation of Action goals and COST policies and of progress. The workshop will take place during the free afternoon of the main international Nuclear Astrophysics conference in Europe, "Nuclear Physics in Astrophysics IX" (https://exp-astro.de/meetings/npa-2019/index.php) in order to attract as many participants as possible.

Reports on activities of all working groups. Reports on inclusiveness and gender balance. Reports on dissemination and outreach. Plan of future activities. Review and future plans for updates of directories of knowledge and expertise.
