Galactic Plane Surveys

I am an active member of the IPHAS and VPHAS+ Galactic Plane surveys. I have been involved in both surveys almost since their inception, and have used data from the surveys to study surface chemistry in AGB stars (read the papers here and here), young stars in star clusters and OB associations (e.g., here and here) and massive stars in Galactic starburst clusters (here).
