We understand that some contributors have been experiencing difficulties with the asp2006.sty file; this has now been replaced on the conference website. For those who are about to start thinking about their contributions (!) a reminder that the end-of-August deadline is looming; thanks to those who have already submitted their papers. We have a limit of 10 pages for invited talks, 4 for contributed (INCLUDING POSTERS). As noted in our previous circular, we would be grateful if you would follow the following naming convention for your files: .tex for latex source files and .eps, .eps etc. for eps files. If you are first author on more than one contribution please use .tex for latex source files and .eps, .eps for eps files. .tex for latex source files and .eps, .eps etc. for eps files. Please tar and gzip the files (one tar.gz for each paper) with the name convention .tar.gz or .tar.gz etc. if you are first author on more than one contribution. Please email the gzipped tar file(s) to rsoph@astro.keele.ac.uk These instructions are also ovailable on the conference website from the 'Proceedings' link. We need 'Publication Agreement and Copyright Assignment' forms; we will chase contributors where these are missing. Regards Nye Evans, Mike Bode, Tim O'Brien
