Comments: HAT-P-26 outside pointing restrictions until about 23:35 UT. Comparison star C1 was
the brightest star in the field with counts over 600000 in many images especially since the
target was approaching the Zenith. Observations ended at 05:35 because the target reached
pointing restrictions (after more than 1 hour of egress)

Comments: We had a clear night until 3:30 am (7:30 UT) when the humidity increased to 81% (Meteo
Data), so we closed the dome and waited for a variation, but at 5:00 am (9:00 UT) we finished
the observations. We’ve managed to capture the transit but the counts are low. In addition, we
started the observation in reverse mode and then had to change it because it was on the edge of
the safe zone.

Comments: The transit was taken with 50 seconds because with 10 seconds the image did not reach
the optimal number of counts, then it was lowered to 30 for the same reason.The system stopped
responding as a result of DS9 in the period when we were doing the image tests, the programs
were restarted. Then at 06:00 UT it stopped responding again and at 06:18 the system had to be
restarted. 06:25 a successful image was achieved again.
** What this means is that the images were accidentally taken defocussed instead of focussed **

Comments: At 08:42 UT, during the observation of the transit, we noticed that the telescope had
apparently stopped tracking the target. This behaviour started probably already several minutes
earlier. We found the following error messages:

telescope, we parked the telescope and closed the slit.
