The meeting will take place in the new RAS Lecture Theatre, Burlington House,
London (UK), on Friday 8 February 2008. It starts at 10:30 (but coffee is
served from 10:00 onwards) and lasts until 15:30, with a 1-hour break during
which a light lunch will be available for purchase. Please let the organisers
know if you are bringing a poster.
The meeting is free to all Fellows of the RAS, but make sure you bring along
your RAS member card! A small entry fee is charged for non-fellows, collected
on the door: 15 pounds Sterling (or 5 pounds with a valid student card).
How to get to Burlington House?
Burlington House, housing also the Royal Academy, is located in Westminster,
in the centre of London (map). The
nearest tube (subway / underground / metro / U-Bahn) stations are "Green Park"
or "Piccadilly Circus" at a few hundred metres distance, or "Oxford Circus" at
a 10-15 minutes walk.
