SCIENTIFIC PROGRAMME:
The preliminary scientific programme including contributed talks is now
available on the website.

CONTRIBUTED PAPERS:
The decision on oral contributions has been made. Participants who asked for
an oral presentation have been informed about this decision by email. If you
submitted an abstract and did not receive an email please contact
galagb@astro.univie.ac.at. We are sorry to say that further applications for
oral contributions cannot be accepted, but it is still possible to present a
poster. Applications have to be submitted through our webpage not later than
Jun 10 to be included in the abstract booklet. Due to limited space only one
contribution per participant is allowed.

Participants are kindly asked to update their abstract if required. On our
webpage please click on "Update your abstract" and submit the final title and
abstract using until Jun 10. Access to the form will require the input of your
registration code. The abstract we currently have in our database will be
shown in the form and if you do not update we will use the original abstract.
Please limit your abstract to a maximum of 1000 characters.

POSTER size is limited to a width of 80 cm and a height of 130 cm. These
numbers are strict. Please understand that oversize posters will not be
accepted at the meeting! If you have any questions please contact us in
advance. We thank you for your kind co-operation.

REGISTRATION FEE:
The early registration fee is 120 EUR. It has to be paid until Jun 10. Details
for payment can be found on our website. With the receipt of your conference
fee your registration is complete. Confirmations will be sent out in mid-June.
If you do not receive confirmation, please contact us immediately at
galagb@astro.univie.ac.at.

Between June 11 and July 15 the registration fee is 150 EUR. After July 15
registration will be closed. If we do not receive your payment until July 15
we assume that you wish to cancel your registration. Please note that only the
date of the money transfer decides whether the early or the late registration
fee has to be paid.

Please ensure that all costs for the transfer are covered by you. In case you
have trouble transfering the money please contact us, we will certainly find a
way around it.

FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE:
Decision on applications for financial assistance has been made in April.
Applicants have been informed by email. If you did not receive email on this
decision please let us know.

SOCIAL PROGRAM:
There will be four social events offered during the meeting:
1) welcome reception on Sunday
2) walking tour through the city on Monday
3) excursion to the Wachau on Wednesday
4) conference dinner on Thursday

Details are provided on our webpage. It is still possible to register for any
of these events (until June 10!). Just send us a short email.

The fees for the various social events shall be transferred together with the
conference fee.

ACCOMODATION:
The remaining prebooked rooms will be canceled in early June. At the moment
there are still vaccancies in all of the suggested hotels except for Hotel
Zipser.

If you decided to stay in a different hotel we would appreciate a short note
by email as we would like to provide information on how to reach the
conference venue and the site of the dinner from your hotel.

PUBLIC EVENT:
On Friday evening (Aug 11) there will be a public event related to the
conference at the Radiocafe in Vienna. Eva Grebel, member of the SOC of this
meeting, will talk with local scientists from various disciplines on cosmic
recycling. This discussion will be in German. No reservation required.
